PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE TAKING ACTION. 

When you click on the link at the bottom, this will take you to a page which is entitled:

“Personal Transformation Discovery Login Centre”, once there you will be asked to put in your:
 
Account Code:  which is PTL - &  Project Reference:  which is COMPLETETRAINER   please make a note of these. 
 
Click the "submit" button.  You will be requested to enter your Email Address.  Please ensure that this is correct, and then click “Submit”.  You will now be requested to enter some contact details, and to set a password of your choice (please keep a note of this).  Select the correct gender.  Once you have completed these details click “Save”.

You will now see a page saying “Registration Successful”.  Click on the “Continue” button.  This takes you to the “Project Home Page”, where you can now complete your Assessment by clicking on “Open Assignment”. Once complete you can view/download your personal report from the Project Home Page
